Energy Performance Regulations
For landlords, we have arranged a number of specially agreed prices for gas certificates and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), which now is a legal requirement with effect of 1st of October 2008:
Residential EPC:
1 - 3 Bedroom House = £60.00
4 - 8 Bedroom House = £70.00
9 + Bedroom House = £80.00

Gas Checks:
Landlords Certification: £150
Servicing:
Gas Fires Service = £50.00
Boilers Service = £70.00
Boiler Diagnosis: £45 (refundable if work is done by our tradesman)
